Kammann Machines: K15-40 High Speed Screen/Offset Printing Machines

Kammann machines breaks the rate barrier: 8.100 CDs (Compact disks) per hour. In line with the well-known and highly regarded as K15-40 offset printing machine for Compact disks/Dvd disks, Kammann has created a higher Speed version. The high Speed is made for a nominal output rating of 135 Compact disks/Dvd disks per minute, operating and printing with similar top quality standards because the normal version.

The Kammann machines offset/screen printing equipment highlights in brief:

• compact construction with integrated switch cabinets and operating devices
• four offset print stations with Ultra violet-treating models for “wet-on-dry-decoration”
• two recently developed screen print stations for the use of base coats, spot colors or top lacquers
• fully automatic, completely integrated handling system featuring lossless Compact disc infeed with two alternating infeed stations
• The KAMMANN Ink Control software allows automatic image-dependent ink adjustment through research into the digital image data.
• The operator may change all ink secrets simply by entering data on the pc screen.

Kammann Machines – Optional:

• high-output ranked systems for ident code verification and print image inspection with automatic rejection of false game titles or faulty prints onto devoted reject stations
