Komori Lithrone 640
Conventional offset sheetfed press: Maximum sheet size of 28” X 40” allowing for printing of 16 page signatures at 8-1/2 X 11. The 640 is a 6-color press with additional aqueous coater typically used for printing in 4-color process with the addition of two spot colors (PMS). Aqueous coating provides protection, enhanced finish, dries quickly and is water-based.
Komori Lithrone 526
Conventional offset sheetfed press: Maximum sheet size of 20” X 26” allowing for printing of 8 page signatures at 8-1/2 X 11. The 526 is a 5-color press typically used for printing in 4-color process with the addition of one spot color or varnish.
HP Indigo 5500 Offset Digital Press
7-color digital press utilizing liquid ink. Printing configurations include: one color black ink printing; 4-color process printing (CMYK); 6color printing with Indichrome printing for bright colors, Light Cyan / Light Magenta for photographic precision, or up to 3 spot colors (PMS). Variable data capabilities provide enhanced communication through personalization including in-line mail addressing. Also utilized for short runs with professional quality, the Indigo 5500 has a wide variety of substrate choices including inventoried, FSC-certified stock. The ability to collate on press provides cost effective production of short-run, full cover publications with high page counts.
